LOCAL AUTHORITY NOTICE Notice is hereby given that we, Arup, have on behalf of our client, M&T Developments, prepared a precinct plan for Highlands Precinct, Modderfontein, which will be adopted as the City of Johannesburg council approved policy. The plan pertains to the area bounded on the south by Longlake, to the north by Allandale Road, and lies adjacent to the ‘Jukskei View’ neighbourhood to the west. The council hereby gives notice that it intends to amend the By-laws regarding Public Road and Miscellaneous by incorporating the Right of Way for electronic Communications Facilities By-laws, to give effect to the implementation and enforcement of its Broadband and other Policies on that regulates access to City Property for the location of Electronic Communications Facilities and Networks.
