City paypoints closed over June long weekend

The City of Johannesburg's Revenue Management Unit wishes to advise its customers that its pay points will be closed on 16 and 17 June due to the Youth Day public holiday.

"Customers who are wanting to pay their accounts are encouraged to use alternative options such as internet, telephone and ATM banking or via any Post Office, any ABSA branch or EasyPay outlets such as Pick 'n Pay and Checkers/Hyper amongst others," says Revenue's spokesperson Mandy Jean Woods.

"Remember to keep proof of payment and that it may take up to five days for a payment to reflect on your account when paid through a third party."
