Joburg hails the court
The City of Johannesburg welcomes the decision of the Labour Court in granting an interdict to prevent a strike by members of the SA
Municipal Workers' Union (SAMWU).
The city is pleased to note that services will be delivered as normal and again apologises to members of the public who might have
been inconvenienced during the past few days. The City also thanks the large number of employees who continued with their normal duties during the preliminary strike action.
