Customer service centre at Thuso House opened late today
The City’s main customer service center at Thuso House in Braamfontein opened late this morning due to the delayed payment of the March rent by the Revenue and Customer Relations Management Department.
Departmental spokesperson Mandy Jean Woods says, “We apologise for the inconvenience to our customers. The Customer Service Centre, which normally open at 7:30am, was open for business by 7:45am,” she says.
