All city paypoints will be open this Saturday (28 April)
The City's Revenue & Customer Relations Management Department will keep its pay points open this coming long weekend.

According to the Department's spokesperson Mandy Jean Woods, the Department has traditionally closed its paypoints over long-weekends. "But with our efforts to improve our customer service we are staying open for the convenience of our customers," she says.

Residents will be able to access all services offered at the paypoints. "This includes, among other things, making payments, registering queries, changing addresses, signing up to get statements by email, closing accounts, opening accounts, requesting refunds; making arrangements to pay off arrear debt, requesting refunds and requesting termination of services," says Woods.

The office that will be open this Saturday are:

Midrand Rent Office in Randjespark
Randburg Customer Service Centre in Randburg
Roodepoort Civic Centre in Florida Park
Roodepoort City Hall in Roodepoort
Jabulani Civic Centre in Jabulani, Soweto
Thuso House in Braamfontein
Lenasia South East Corobrick in Lenasia
Eldorado Park Customer Service Centre in Eldorado Park.
Woods says customer service centers in Soweto that sell pre-paid cards for water meters will be open as usual.
