Municipal customer service centres open for business today
The City of Johannesburg's Revenue & Customer Relations Management Department would like to inform its customers that all its customer service centers will be open today for business as usual.
"We are not involved in the national public servants strike and all our staff are on duty and waiting to serve our customers," says Executive Director, Vicky Shuping.
The customer service centres that normally open on month-end Saturdays will also be opening for business as usual tomorrow, says Shuping.
"We would like to take this opportunity to remind our customers that in addition to using the customer service centers to pay their municipal accounts, they can also pay via any EasyPay outlet (like Woolworth, Pick n Pay, Shoprite Checkers, etc); any SA Post Office and via any bank's internet website, branch or ATM."
