2009-01-26: Planned meetings of Council for 2009

IN terms of the constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Section 152 of Act 108 of 1996 as well as Council's own policy on public participation, notice is hereby given of the monthly planned council meetings for the year 2009.

Thursday 10 December 2009 (closure of Council)

These meetings are held from 2pm in the Council Chambers, Ground Floor, Council Chamber Wing, Metro Civic Centre, 158 Loveday Street Braamfontein.

NB: The State of the City Address will be held on 26 February 2009 and Budget Speech on 20 May 2009 followed by the Budget Debate on 21 May 2009. 

You are always welcome to attend Council meetings to hear your local councillor representing your interests.
