2012-02-29: Media alert: Revenue Roadmap
THE City of Johannesburg's is implementing its Revenue Roadmap programme as indicated at its launch on 22 November 2011 that certain milestones will be achieved on target dates during the 19 months of implementation.
The Roadmap is designed to bring about a "step-change" in Johannesburg's billing and revenue collection system and to improve the quality of the customers' interaction with the City.
As February 2012 ends, the City is collating data and statistics on the progress on the implementation of the Roadmap. A comprehensive statement on this information will be issued within at the end the first week of March.
