25/02/2015: The City invites customers to an open day on at the Roodepoort Civic Centre 

The City of Johannesburg continues to engage residents through the continuation of the Open Day Strategy. Group Finance’s Revenue Shared Services Centre department will offer an array of services to customers on the day.
“Residents are encouraged to attend as this is a service that is brought directly to their door step,” said Kgamanyane Maphologela, Director Communications and Stakeholder Management.

Expert customer relations agents will be on board to help assist customers with their accounts.

A variety of departments were also targeted and requested to come on board as that will help the Revenue Shared Services department to meet its mission of excellent service delivery and customer centricity.

The Revenue Shared Services Centre department will use the open day strategy platform to not only create awareness but to also educate the community on the services and the products that it offers.
