21/01/2016: Region E Customer Service Centre Office Relocation Announcement
The City of Johannesburg’s Region E Customer Service Centre will be moving its offices from the current location at number 24 Fredman Drive Sandton to number 137 Daisy Street in Sandton on 27January 2016.
In a bid to make a more customer friendly environment, the City will be moving to a more spacious area, that would further enhance the customers’ experience. During the move the Sandton offices will be closed on 27 January 2016 and reopen on 3 February 2016 at the new offices, located at 137 Daisy Street.
The City’s Spokesperson Kgamanyane Maphologela says, the move was necessitated by the significant growth in the region in the last few years and the growth in the number of customers that visit the center.
“Our new office space that we will be moving to is 50 percent larger than the current offices, and offers a more efficient layout. This will assist us to better serve our customers,” says Maphologela.
Some of the exciting developments to look forward to are:
A walk in centre “Centre of Excellence” that will provide a more integrated, efficient one stop service to the customers;
Space optimization to make sure that customers are served professionally;
More capacity to accommodate the growing number of customers; and
More parking bays for customers and an easy access to the facility.
Our new address will be: corner of Daisy and Grayston Streets, Sandton and we will continue to give our customers exceptional service as before.
