28/11/2016: City of Joburg launches the Early Childhood Development programme

The City of Johannesburg Executive Mayor, Cllr Herman Mashaba will launch the Early Childhood Development (ECD) programme on Wednesday, 30 November 2016 in Doornkop, Soweto.
The City of Johannesburg has entered into a partnership with Hollard Trust, an organisation with a successful track record in supporting local government to implement efficient and responsive ECD programmes.

The City wants to increase the number of children accessing ECD programme, compliance with safe standard and the land use rights.

Members of the media are invited to the launch of the City of Johannesburg-Hollard Trust Partnership in Early Childhood Development to be held as follows:
