13/07/2017: MMC Sifumba hosts men’s Imbizo to promote social cohesion

On Friday, 14th of July 2017, the Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) for Community Development in the City of Johannesburg, Councilor Nonhlanhla Sifumba, will host a Men’s Imbizo in collaboration with Soul Inspiration and African Dream Campus Organisations in Jabulani, Soweto.
The Imbizo is a continuation of a series of discussions hosted by the MMC which aim to enhance social cohesion within communities.

Theme ”Restoring his dignity, worth and wealth”, the purpose of the Imbizo is to affirm the positive role men can play in building a safer and more equitable society – particularly for women and children.

When travelling to the venue, please take note of the following:

Construction is underway on the road leading to the theatre. Please allow for travel time. You may either enter the theatre through the Shell Garage or enter the theatre via Bolani Link.
