City of Johannesburg improving its e-services website

Joburg’s e-Services site is changing to a fresh new look in an effort to improve customer experience. 
The City is currently in the process of implementing a flexible and agile site, offering the following:

• A stable platform;
• Improved general functionality;
• User-friendly search capability;
• Secure log-in and online account management for e-statements; and
• A modernised look and feel.

The new look is the first phase in the City’s e-services channel management, with the intention of extending functionality to payment portals and online query logging in the near future.
