30/05/2017: MMC Sifumba hosts Imbizo on Gender Violence in Region D

On Wednesday, 31st of May 2017, the Member of the Mayoral Committee for Community Development in the City of Johannesburg, Councillor Nonhlanhla Sifumba, will interact with the residents of Phiri and various Stakeholders during an Imbizo in Region D.

Themed “Let’s Talk Jozi on Gender Violence” the Imbizo aims to unearth creative ways to enhance the community’s role in the fight against Gender Based Violence in the City.

Various stakeholders such as the People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA), Soul Inspiration and the SAPS, will also be present at the Imbizo.
