​City introduces new operating hours as from 1 February 2017

The City of Johannesburg is introducing new operating hours across all its Customer Service Centres citywide as from 1 February 2017.
City’s Spokesperson Kgamanyane Maphologela says as part of the City’s Ten Point Plan of being a responsive government, the City will progressively extend operating hours.

The extending of operating hours will improve efficiency and customer service.

“We have listened to our customers and the extension of the operating hours is aligned to the needs of our customers,” says Maphologela.
