Johannesburg Water would like to advise prepayment customers in Soweto that a new office has been officially opened at the Dobsonville Civic Centre for residents to use.
The purpose of the help desk is to improve customer experience by allowing customers to log queries relating to prepayment and programming of tags.
The office will also assist customers to get their queries resolved timeously by affording those closer to the less travelling time. The help desk does not unfortunately render buying of water services.
The Avalon Prepayment depot aims at extending the services of the help desk to other City of Johannesburg People’s Centres within the Soweto region in the near future.
The operating hours are Monday to Friday from 07h30-16h00.
