1. Register on e-Joburg

• Visit www.e-joburg.org.za
• Complete the quick registration process
• Select “Submit Readings"
  
• Registered users will receive SMS reminders when submissions are due​
  

2. Submit Your Meter Reading

• Take a clear photo showing your meter
• Ensure the photo shows the meter number, reading, date, and time

• CoJ account number
