The City of Johannesburg hosted an Open Day at its newly established Waterfall Customer Service Centre in Midrand this past Saturday, September 14.
The event is a continuation of a series of Open Days aimed at improving customer centricity by bringing additional services to our customers’ doorstep in some of our major regional offices.
Through Open Days, the City allocates a fully-functional team from all relevant departments to personally attend to customer queries.

Customer relations agents, City valuers, rates experts, City Power and Joburg Water representatives, meter readers, to name just a few, are at hand to assist customers in,” said MMC for Finance, Councillor Funzela Ngobeni.
