The City of Johannesburg will today, 27 May 2026, deliver the 2026 Budget Speech under the theme “Building Johannesburg Together: Investing Today, Securing Tomorrow.” Executive Deputy Mayor and MMC for Finance, Cllr Loyiso Masuku, will outline the City’s financial and service delivery priorities for the 2026/27 financial year.
