| What is the Query Logger (LUM Connect)? The Query Logger, also known as LUM Connect, is an online platform developed by the City's Land Use Management Department to improve communication, transparency, and service delivery. It allows members of the public and planning consultants to:
- Log queries related to submitted land development applications
- Provide feedback or rate their experience with officials
- Track and escalate matters that require attention
The system ensures that all queries are centrally recorded, monitored, and addressed within the Department. How Does It Work? When you submit a query:
- Your query is logged and assigned a reference number
- The relevant official is notified
- The matter is monitored and escalated where necessary
- Management reviews all queries and feedback to improve service delivery
Important to Know The Query Logger is intended for follow-ups on existing land development applications only. Queries should be logged: - Once an application is deemed complete, and
- When the prescribed turnaround time has been exceeded.
Turnaround times are calculated in calendar days and only begin once all required documents and comments have been submitted. Click on the query logger button below to see turnaround times.
