Welcome to the SPMO VISION To serve as the City's hub for driving infrastructure Portfolio, Programme and Project Management excellence MISSION To inculcate Portfolio Programme and Project Management with a focus on strategic alignment, evidence-based life-cycle management, and assurance for effective infrastructure utilisation. OBJECTIVES Ensure alignment of the City's infrastructure portfolio with strategic objectives and long-term outcomes Develop and manage the long-term programme and project pipeline to assist with the selection and prioritisation of programmes and projects Enable the realisation of strategic objectives and long-term value creation through tactical programme and project delivery To inculcate the discipline of lifecycle-based portfolio, programme and project management To provide assurance over infrastructure portfolio, programme and project management
