Tomorrow, Friday, 26 April 2019, the MMC for Public Safety, Cllr Michael Sun, and the Chief of Police, David Tembe, will release the March 2019 Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Departments (JMPD) performance statistics.
The statistics will provide information on the Department’s performance against its mandate.
The presentation will also depict a review of the challenges and successes experienced in the month of March both from a regional and Municipal perceptive.
These monthly presentations are a necessary evaluation for the Department to remain accountable and transparent to the residents as well as report on efforts made towards improving the safety and security of the City
