Tomorrow, 20 February 2019, the Executive Mayor Herman Mashaba and the MMC for Economic Development, Leah Knott, will embark on a tour to various properties in Soweto that will be made available for development.
Through the release of these City-owned properties that have gone unused, including commercial properties like filling stations, the City aims to facilitate job creation for the residents of Soweto through investment.
The City is also aims to encouraging local entrepreneurs to own and manage these businesses.
The media is invited to join the Executive Mayor and Cllr Knott when they profile these properties.
