Tomorrow, the MMC for Finance, Cllr Funzela Ngobeni, will host the City of Johannesburg’s A Re Sebestseng clean-up campaign in the Inner City.
MMC Ngobeni will be joined by region F’s political head and MMC for Development Planning, Cllr Reuben Masango, alongside with the City’s Chair of Chairs, Cllr Alex Christians, who is also the councillor for Ward 58 in Mayfair.
The Inner City remains a hotspot where cleanliness, environmental education and by-law enforcement are key priorities.
Residents continue to show support for the activations across the city. It is this kind of commitment to community participation in improving living conditions that we can move the city forward.
A Re Sebetseng encourages all of Johannesburg’s residents to continue taking ownership of their environment by helping to creating cleaner and more connected communities.
There will be opportunities for the media take pictures and conduct interviews.
