Tomorrow, Tuesday, 15 October 2019, the Executive Mayor, Cllr Herman Mashaba, and the MMC for Transport, Cllr Nonhlanhla Makhuba, will join a service delivery blitz by the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) in Strydom Park, Region B.
The Blitz is an accelerated maintenance model where the JRA’s internal maintenance teams are concentrated in an area where there is maintenance backlog. The aim of this campaign is to eliminate road defects backlog in all regions.
The focus of the blitz will be on mainly road reinstatements, road markings, and other road maintenance activities in Strydom Park.
