You can now click online to have your query resolved on the City of Joburg's virtual query resolution platform.
The City's Revenue Shared Services Centre under the Group Finance Department will be hosting the last of its online query resolution engagements for this year, on 13 December 2022, from 8h00 – 16h00.
Customers are encouraged to bring all their billing queries, where experts from our credit management, City Power, Joburg Water, Property Rates and Billing teams will be a click away to resolve queries.
Group Finance Spokesperson, Kgamanyane Maphologela, says customers have yet another opportunity to engage with our expert teams to have their queries attended to from the comfort on their homes or holiday destinations.
“Customers will literally be able to bring their various queries online, engage with our service experts virtually, get feedback and have resolutions given without having to leave the comfort of their homes," says Maphologela.
The City's customers will be able to connect online anywhere to access the different services without having to queue and be in traffic.
The virtual query resolution Open Day will be hosted on Microsoft Teams platform, giving customers options to click on the link relevant to the department they want to engage with.
The City invites all ratepayers with outstanding billing queries to a virtual Query Resolution Open Day as follows:
