The City takes its ongoing Open Days to region D at Diepkloof Welfare Centre, 13141 Martinus Smuts Street, Zone 1, Diepkloof, Soweto, to resolve billing queries outstanding queries.
The Open Days are part of the City’s ongoing customer education processes to ensure ratepayers understand where and how to get assistance in the City. At the Open Day the City resolves all outstanding billing queries.
“We call on all ratepayers in region D with outstanding queries to come out in numbers to have their long outstanding queries resolved,” said Kgamanyane Maphologela, Director Customer Communication.
Maphologela continues to say “the City is bringing out the best of its team of experts from various departments as well as municipal entities like Joburg Water and City Power to ensure successful query resolution on the Day.”
