The City of Johannesburg is extending its query resolution Open Day drive to Region E in Sandton on Saturday, 25 February 2023.
The City’s Group Finance Department invites Region E residents, which includes Sandton, Bramley, Alexandra, Bryanston, and nearby areas, to attend the scheduled
open day, which will be held at the Sandton Customer Service Centre.
This ffamily-friendly Open Day will bring the City’s multifaceted services right at the residents’ doorstep. This includes City Power, Joburg Water, Valuations, Refunds
and Expanded Social Package (ESP), amongst others.
Group Finance Spokesperson, Kgamanyane Maphologela, says the Open Day will serve as a platform where residents can engage with the City’s entities and various
departments regarding the service offerings.
“The Open Day allows the City to bring its comprehensive services right at the residents’ doorstep. This will further give us an opportunity to engage with residents
face to face and educate them on our offerings,” said Maphologela.
Maphologela says customers who still have billing queries are also welcome to attend. Expert teams from billing, refunds, rates, valuations, legal, back office, front
office will be oon-siteto assist customers.
The scheduled Region E Open Day will be held as follows:
