General Conditions
The City will not levy a rate on the first part of the value of up to R300 000 of the market value as per the Valuation Roll: R15,000 under MPRA section 17(1) and an additional R285,000. For owners with multiple properties, only one property gets the R300,000 threshold, others get R15,000.
