Refuse tariffs
Homeowners and businesses are charged for the service provided by Pikitup.
Domestic refuse collection is charged according to the value of the property. In addition, households and businesses also pay the City cleaning levy to cover services such as street sweeping, illegal dumping and the cleaning up of hostels and informal settlements, as well as by-law enforcement.
